I was an illustrator before becoming a UX/UI designer and this project serves as a translation of my illustration skills into app UI design as well as implementing motion graphics with animating my original characters in AfterEffects to add that extra bit of interactivity.

Style Tile

For this project, I was inspired by the fun bright colours of Crocs. Vibrant colours and Crocs are synonymous with summer so it fits stylistically for an ice cream app.

Ideation

Original character design, different iterations of the typography for the logo, and iconography for the app were all considered in this stage.
